This is  realized through a precise technical documentation relating to the espresso machines, the customer can request every moment:

  • Instructions of use in the main languages
  • Machine maintenace card

Furthermore, D.I.D. created a space dedicated to the Technical Service Training, where,, training and refresher courses are carried out on specific demand.

Orchestrale, Instruments for Espresso supplies its whole availability to consider every kind of model customization in order to satisfy the different cultural traditions for the coffee consumption in the world.

After its registration the customer or distributor can receive periodically through its Username and Password the newsletters and access business initiatives, technical news, exhibitions, competitions, events relating to the coffee, bar and catering world.
